For Embroidery of Logos
In order for a logo to be embroidered on to a garment it will need to be formatted for the embroidery machines this is known as digitising. We take care of this process for you. Depending on the format you provide your logo in we try where possible to cover these costs for initial orders placed over $200. We prefer logos to be provided in Illustrator format with text outlined. We also require CMYK colour codes so we can match your logo colours to that of the threads used. If you don’t have your logo information in the required format we can assist you with this, fees will vary depending on size and detail of your logo.
If you have had embroidery done in the past you can request a copy of the digitised file from the supplier that undertook your work in the past. You would have generally paid for this as part of your initial set up. If you are not having a logo and just text note this on the quote/order form.
For Screen Printing of Garments
If you require screen printing there is no need to have your logo file formatted.
Once you have placed a request for a quote you will be sent this via email. Once you accept the quote you will be sent an invoice with payment options and details. Given the personalised nature of the items we supply we require full payment upon ordering. We offer direct deposit, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal, and Cheque as payment options.
Depending on the items you order we generally have a turnaround time of two weeks – providing our suppliers have items in stock and ready to dispatch.
If it is your first time ordering with us we like to have a sample of your logo embroidered for you to approve to ensure we have your colours correct. Allow an additional 3-5 days for this. You can shorten this time if you send us a sample of your logo that has been embroidered previously.
